At Yaka Studio, we give great importance to your order and we want you to be happy with your purchase! Therefore, we welcome exchanges or refunds for goods that are unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy for clothing items, which means you have 14 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for jewellery items.

If you want to exchange or return please contact us at hello@yakastudio.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We kindly inform you that shipping costs for returning and exchanging items are at customer's expense. Unfortunately, we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please retain a copy of the tracking number and email it to us when you have sent your return.

 You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the return is confirmed. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

If you want to exchange the item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
